Our Mission

Your health and fitness level is 100% controlled by you and you have many resources available to take control of your body.  A personal trainer is a truly effective tool to help you achieve and maintain your fitness goals.  Accel Fitness's mission is to be able to provide personal training to almost everyone by offering a more affordable, semi-private training session.  Semi-private training rates are an average of $35.00/session, where other trainers charge more than double that for a 30 minute class.  Although there are other clients in the gym with you, all workouts are tailored specifically to your goals and needs and you are never left on your own.  We are here for you and will continue to push you towards your goals.

Gina Redican

Owner & Personal Trainer

Gina has a great passion for people and their health.  She has been a personal trainer since the age of 19 and couldn't imagine doing anything else.  In 2008 she opened Accel Fitness while finishing her degree at Cal State University Long Beach with the goal of making personal training as affordable as possible with her group-style setting.

When not in the gym Gina likes to spend her time outside in nature.  Cycling is one of her main hobbies, specifically mountain and gravel biking.  She also spends a lot of time with her dad in his garage learning new woodworking skills.

Ashley Witt

Personal Trainer

Ashley is energetic, driven and compassionate which are 3 ingredients that make up a successful personal trainer.  She is well versed in injury recovery and has a work ethic like no other!  Not only does she spend time training, but she manages to raise 4 beautiful children and a small "farm" at home with her family.!

Personal Trainer/Massage Therapist/Stretch Specialist

It is my passion to infuse sports therapy, functional movements and holistic practices into a program that not only helps clients perform better in a physical aspect, but a mental aspect as well.
